Welcome to The Wellbeing Space Glasgow, where your wellbeing is my priority. As a Person-Centred therapist, I believe that you hold an innate sense of what is best for you, although that may feel out of reach right now. I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly - whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, relational issues, life changes, uncertainty, or wanting to understand yourself better.

Your counselling session is a space where you can be fully yourself. The focus remains entirely on you and what matters to you. I will listen closely to what you share and aim to understand your experience from your perspective. I won’t tell you what to do or give advice; instead, I will work alongside you to help you to reflect and gain clarity about your thoughts, feelings and situation.

Often, simply allowing yourself the time and freedom to talk things through can begin to unravel what’s on your mind and reduce overwhelm, helping you to feel more in control and more able to move towards getting back on track.

About Me

Hello! I am Wendy, a fully qualified Person-Centred therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I love working with people and previously worked in a variety of roles in education, gaining extensive experience of supporting adults - including school staff and parents/carers - and young people with personal, family and professional/school concerns. Providing this meaningful one-to-one support felt important to me, leading me to train as a counsellor.

I recognise the importance of being truly heard and understood, and my aim is to create a friendly, welcoming and safe space for you.
